Cooking at Chez Leckman is always a culinary event. Mr Leckman is a lactose
intolerant vegan who shys away from raw veggies, Rebecca is a lactose-free,
soduim-free carnivore who balks cooked vegetables, while Annika could eat sushi
or peanut butter sandwiches for every meal. Both adult Leckmans share a love
for the kitchen and an appreciation for well prepared food, so cooking
healthfully within each other's
dietary requirements is a challenging yet enjoyable ongoing process.
