A bit of explanation
I've broken up the menus into different sorts of dining.
Events: Here i've housed the really large parties - not necessarily large
in guest-lists, but large in terms of occaision or complication.
Holiday menus live here.
Dinner Parties: This is pretty much what it sounds like - menus from when we
have friends over for a meal. These are likely to range from medium-complicated
to simple.
Nightly Dining: These are meals that we eat at home under 'normal', non-entertaining
circumstances.
