CORN STOCK
4-5 corn cobs (reserve the kernels for other uses, or save the
cobs when youre cooking with corn)
a few peppercorns
sprig of thyme
*Put the corn cobs, thyme, and peppercorns into a stock pot. Cover
with water, and simmer for 1-2 hours. Strain as you would other
stock.
*Corn stock is really good for use in corn soup.
